All meeting are ‘formal wear’, no armor / no weapons. You can get most formal wear from vendors, BUT, remember we have many fine tailors in our guild, ask around and see what they can make for you.

Combat Pets are not allowed in the meeting. Small non-combat pets are allowed.

When the meeting is called to order please be seated so we can get right onto our business at hand.

No disrupting emotes or unnecessary talking please. We all have many other things we want to get back to, disruptions only prolong the gathering. There is ample time to include appropriate RP action within the meeting time, but rude and or innapropriate behaviors are not just not acceptable. When in doubt just ask an officer in whisper.

If you have an issue you want brought up, whisper the designated person and you will be put into the Queue for new business.

Save all questions or comments until asked, there are plenty of opportunities presented.

The Queue:
? = Question to ask
! = Comment to share
S = Suggestion to make
Votes will be Yes / No - they can be done in 'Emote'

If there is a majority vote it passes and plans will proceed, if it does not pass by majority further planning and/or discussion will take place, and then brought back to the next meeting for approval if needed.
